This is not a clinical or academic approach—it’s real, grounded, practical healing based on lived experience. Over 9 chapters, you’ll engage with a blend of guided meditations, movement practices, expressive writing, nervous system regulation tools, and self-compassion exercises.
You’ll uncover the stories you’ve been telling yourself, gently challenge the inner critic, and create new narratives rooted in love and truth. You’ll be introduced to the Pathway to Peace, a healing framework Karen developed through her own journey. It maps the arc from Existing, to Opening, to Growing, and finally to Flourishing. At each stage, you'll be invited to reflect, integrate, and engage with practices that support you to move forward at your own pace.
This program invites you to:
- Learn how to support your nervous system and feel safer in your body
- Create your own rituals of care, kindness, and self-trust
- Recognise and reframe your inner critic
- Release shame and rewrite your internal story
- Reconnect with your inner child and offer her what she never received
- Explore your feelings with compassion instead of fear
- Cultivate vision and intention for a life of freedom and authenticity
There’s no pressure to “move on” or “get over it.” Instead, this course intends to honour the depth of what you’ve been through, and gently encourages you toward your own definition of healing.
This isn’t about reliving trauma; it’s about reclaiming your life. At your own pace, in your own way, with gentleness, choice, and care. You’ll be supported through weekly practices, guided visualisations, reflection prompts, and downloadable resources.
